Covered Bridge Outfitters & Lodge is a luxury fishing and hunting lodge located in Ohio on 135-acres of pristine natural land with private access to Conneaut Creek. They also have access to private waters nationally recognized for legendary steelhead fishing, both on property and nearby. Opt for guided walleye on Lake Erie or fly fishing for muskellunge/bass/pike on local rivers. Ideal for skilled anglers/hunters, beginners, couples, friends, and corporate groups. Head Guide/partner John Fabian has a lifetime of local experience and his team of ORVIS-endorsed guides will put you on the game.

Fishing

Guides take anglers of all skill levels to catch primarily steelhead trout. This area is a world-class steelhead fishery. Walk and float options. Peak steelhead fishing runs October through May. The lodge offers walleye fishing on Lake Erie and muskie/bass/pike fishing on local rivers seasonally.

Accommodation

Their luxury lodge provides everything you’ll need – comfortable accommodations, chef-prepared culinary delights, and endless fishing and hunting tales around the riverside fire pit in the evenings. Gear

All necessary rods, flies, and equipment will be provided. Specific gear recommendations available upon request if bringing your own. They do rent waders for a nominal daily fee.

Every trip offered is personalized to fit your needs or requests. They pride themselves on going above and beyond to exceed expectations and provide a memorable lifetime experience. No matter the target species or time of year, expect to have pristine service from the moment you step into the lodge. Meals in the field are one of the extra add-ons that makes them standout. They offer time/date flexibility, and if you want to request a specific guide, they will do their best to arrange. Trips are 2/1 client/guide ratio. They provide snacks, water, coffee, and the best guides Ohio has to offer.

Rates

The lodge offers overnight stays from 1 to 4 nights for up to 6 guests at a time. Half-day and full-day guided trips available. Please contact Frontiers for customized itineraries and pricing. High-end equipment is provided for those that need gear.
